Easy to fit, simple instructions, no drilling,
works brilliantly, no effort to lift…recommended
Graham Dopheide (verified owner) –
Indeed – as per the previous reviewer…it IS a good kit, it does make it much easier to open and close the tailgate, and there is no drilling involved. BUT, I found the instructions shockingly poor quality – the diagrams were not terribly accurate and the accompanying text was not helpful. However, if you have a bit of common sense and make sure you are not trying to do the job in a rush, then you can work it out. The one thing I did find difficult was if you have a wrap around bed-liner, you are going to have to make sure you can move it sufficiently out the way to attach the truck end of the hydraulic suspension unit
